What products do you sell?
A: I currently create custom tumblers with unique, one-of-a-kind designs. More products will be coming soon!

Q: Can I customize my order?
A: Absolutely! All my designs are custom-made. You can choose glitter colors and personalization options when placing your order.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Each item is made to order. Please allow 5-7 business days for production, plus shipping time.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: At the moment, I only ship within the United States. I plan to expand internationally in the future.

Q: How do I care for my tumbler?
A: Hand washing only is recommended to preserve the design. Avoid using abrasive sponges or scrubbing too hard.

Q: Can I return or exchange a custom order?
A: Because every design is custom-made, I cannot accept returns or exchanges. Please reach out if there’s an issue with your order.

A: Absolutely! I love creating custom, one-of-a-kind designs. Just reach out via email or social media.

Q: Do you offer gift wrapping or special packaging?
A: I don’t currently offer gift wrapping, but each tumbler is carefully packaged to arrive safely. I plan to add gift options in the future!

Q: Can I place a bulk or wholesale order?
A: Please contact me directly so we can discuss your needs.

Q: Will my custom tumbler design stay the same if I order again later?
A: I strive to make every order unique, but if you want a repeat of a previous design, just let me know and I can recreate it as closely as possible
